SOUND FAMILIAR?

There has to be
a smarter way?

If this is your working day, it is time to step back and look at the bigger picture.

01

Copy. Paste. Repeat.

From your inbox to Excel. From Excel to your CRM. Same again tomorrow. Your team has better things to do.

02

Your team is the integration.

Your tools do not talk to each other. So your team fills the gap. We find where that could work better.

03

Busy. Busy. Busy.

More clients? Great. But if the admin grows too, your calendar fills up before your ambitions do.

04

100 ideas. Where to start?

You see opportunities, but want to know which improvements genuinely fit.

05

What about our existing tools?

A polished demo says little about your CRM, accounting and daily work.

06

Know what you are saying yes to.

You want to understand the problem, the effort involved and how to assess the result.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Opportunities on the table.
A plan in your hands.

A roadmap built around your work. Preserving what works and showing what could be better.

See if it fits your business
01

Here is how work flows now.

An overview of processes, systems and the manual steps between them.

02

Here is the opportunity.

For each opportunity, we consider expected value, feasibility and the change required.

03

This comes first.

What comes first, what needs preparation and what can wait?

04

This is where you start.

A focused proposal to make a specific improvement, with an objective you can evaluate.

Clarity to make your own choice.

You receive the report. Any development project is a separate decision, with terms agreed in advance.

A PREVIEW OF THE RESULT

Your next move. Mapped out.

From insight to evaluation to action. Three elements that help you choose the right first step.

01

We map delays, duplicate data entry and slow handovers to create a shared starting point.

Illustrative examples, not client results. Your report is based on your own processes.

FROM CONVERSATION TO DIRECTION

We explore your needs

In a discovery call, we discuss your needs and whether a roadmap fits your situation.

02

Daniel visits your business

An in-person conversation with examples from your daily work. We examine processes, systems and the features you like using.

03

We make opportunities concrete

We turn the insights into a report, comparing opportunities and identifying dependencies.

04

You choose with clarity

We review the roadmap and our recommended first step. You then decide whether and where to start.

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

Good to
know.

Who is the Roadmap for?

For small and medium businesses losing time to manual work, disconnected systems or limited visibility. You do not need to know which software or automation you need yet.

Who visits our business?

Daniel, owner of AdvantageFlows, is your primary contact and visits personally. We involve partners where needed for analysis and development.

What should we prepare?

Bring one or two examples of time-consuming work and a list of your software. Ideally, include someone who works with the process every day.

How long does the visit take?

We agree on the duration beforehand based on your needs and the processes to explore. It is a focused business visit, not a fixed half-day commitment.

What do we receive, and when?

A report covering your current situation, opportunities, priorities and one recommended initial project. We agree on the delivery date beforehand based on the scope.

Does the solution always involve AI?

No. Sometimes an existing feature, integration or clearer process is enough. We recommend custom software and AI when they fit your needs.

What is the investment?

The on-site Roadmap is a paid service. Contact us for details. We agree on what the visit and report include and what you pay beforehand. Building software is a separate project.

Do we have to proceed with development?

No. The report helps you make an informed choice. A follow-up project only starts if you choose to proceed and we agree on the terms together.
